Operation Legacy - Race to the Reveal | Central Bank of Boone County

50 challenges. 3 winners. 2 time capsules. 1 legacy.

Time for a real blast from the past.

In 1969, the year of the moon landing, Boone County National Bank — now known as Central Bank of Boone County — buried a time capsule in a vault at the entrance of the bank's brand new Fountain Lobby on Eighth Street.

Fifty years later, it’s time to open it.

Join us for Operation Legacy, a celebration of where we’ve been and where we will go that includes a massive scavenger hunt and more. We’re going to find out what the people of mid-Missouri past left for us to find, and prepare to leave our own legacy for generations to come.
